Service Status:

  • Our amazing customer service team are now working remotely, however they’re still available to help with any queries or issues you might have!
  • Our warehouse / fulfillment centres are open and fulfilling orders. Our staff are on split shifts in order to observe social distancing and keep them safe.
  • Hermes are is still operating as normal.
  • Royal Mail is also operating as normal.

Some of our gifts are shipped directly from the supplier or alternative fulfillment centres straight to your door, rather than from IWTBAG warehouse. We are in regular contact with each of our suppliers / fulfillment centres to make sure that we only display gifts that are available. The website will be updated to ensure that we are only offering available products.

Please be aware that there may be slight delays in delivery times during these uncertain times. However, please be rest assured that we are doing as much as we can to continue supplying you with some superb gifts.

All IWTBAG team are staying safe by working from home and we don’t foresee any major disruption. As a result, it’s business as usual.

We are regularly monitoring the developing situation, and adhering to all advice and guidelines offered by the UK Government. We will make the safety of our incredible team, our hard working suppliers, and you, our fantastic customers our number 1 priority.

FAQs

Can I still order with IWTBAG?
Yes. Online shops have not been advised to close. We will continue accepting and shipping orders until this changes.

How are you protecting your staff and customers?
Our staff are fully remote, and work from the safety of their homes. The courier companies that we use have implemented a number of changes to ensure that deliveries are as safe as they can be for drivers, and customers. For example, customers can choose a safe place for a contact-free delivery and no signatures are required.

Will my order still arrive on time?
We are working hard to ensure that all orders are received on time. However in this current climate we ask for your patience and compassion when deliveries may experience a slight delay. In the event of any delays, we will do our best to inform you.
