Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. As our products are personalised or made to order, different return rules apply compared with standard non-personalised goods.

Personalised & Customised Products

Products that have been personalised, customised or made specifically for you cannot normally be returned or refunded simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or there is a mistake with your order.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not match the description, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and details of the problem. We may also ask you to provide photographs so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Depending on the circumstances, we will offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights, which may include a replacement, repair or refund.

Where goods need to be returned because they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.

How to Contact Us About a Return

Please contact us using our contact form and include your order number and the reason for contacting us.

Please do not return an item before contacting us. We will provide the appropriate return instructions where a return is required.

Non-Personalised Products

If you purchase a product from us that has not been personalised, customised or made to your specifications, your normal statutory cancellation rights for online purchases may apply.

Where applicable, you have 14 days from receiving the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel your order, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning them.

Returned goods should be kept in reasonable condition while they are in your possession.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights.

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
